One of the fun things you get to do as an owner of a company is train others how to do your job the way you want. Surprisingly, I have found it is quiet difficult to teach people how to clean. They either seem to be naturally talented and detail orientated. Or, they aren't. Still, there are certain ways that I like things done in my company because I have found that they work for me.
