How does a weekly or biweekly cleaning work?
Weekly/ Bi-weekly Cleanings:
1. You will request or be assigned a cleaner.
After the initial clean, you may request a cleaner or you will be assigned a cleaner. Our cleaners are assigned based on their availability, current schedule of clients, and location. Most likely one of the cleaners who deep cleaned your home will be assigned as your weekly or biweekly cleaner. The owner does not do weekly or biweekly cleanings, but may serve as a substitute for your existing cleaner without notice at any time if your cleaner has requested the day off or their is a transition in the schedule. Your weekly/bi-weekly cleanings will be scheduled for the same day and time each week to provide consistency for you and your cleaners. If you need to cancel or change your next appointment, please give the owner a two days notice. Failure to cancel or move your cleaning without a 48-hour notice will result in a $30 service charge. NO ONE WILL EVER ENTER YOUR HOME THAT YOU HAVE NOT MET OR GIVEN PERMISSION TO ENTER.

2. You will be assigned a cleaning day and time.

If you have no preference, based on your preferred cleaner, you will be assigned a cleaning day and time. Let the owner know which day and time you prefer; she will do her best to arrange it.

3. You will need to stock up on cleaning supplies.

Unless you specifically asked us to use your cleaning supplies during the deep clean, we provided the cleaning supplies. This is NOT true during routine weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleans. During regular cleanings, we ask that you provide the cleaning supplies that you want used in your home. Why? People all have different smell preferences. I love lemon and hate Fabulouso. You might love the smell of cinnamon and hate lemon. You might want ecofriendly cleaning products only, or a certain brand. You might want your glass only cleaned with vinegar. The ONLY way to guarentee each client has the products they want used in their home is if they are already there. There is a suggested list at the top of this page. Switch out products for the brands you want. However, if you don't want to be bothered with keeping up with cleaning supplies. We can bring the cleaning products of our choose for an additional $10 a visit.

4. Expect a reminder text.
We use a scheduling app for our cleaners called Service Monster. It will automatically send you a text that says your cleaner and the day and time to expect us. If there is a change in cleaner, like a substitute, the scheduling app will notify you so that you are aware of who will be in your home. If the cleaning needs to be rescheduled please do NOT respond to the automatic system. No one is there. Instead, text the owner and let her know that there needs to be a schedule change.

5. Be prepared for the cleaning.

When I have my home cleaned: I put up my paperwork off my desk. I make sure the dishes are done. I make sure the dog has his bark collar on and is crated. I would tell you that I pick up my house, but I don't need too-because I always put everything away after using it. I make sure the cleaning supplies are neatly in one place. And I have a plan of how to stay out of the cleaners way.
