If you have spills or stains that won't wipe up, chances are they will come up easily with a small paint scraper. I've gotten in the habit of wiping down the refrigerator BEFORE I do my weekly grocery shopping. Not only will this remind you what you do or do not have in your fridge, it will be nice and clean for your new groceries.
